Privacy Policy

777 Rentals ("777Rentals," "we," "us") rents vacation homes in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what information we collect through 777rentals.com, our guest WiFi page, and our phone, text and email conversations, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Inquiry and contact forms: your name, email, phone number (optional), trip dates, number of guests, the property you ask about, your message, and whether you asked to join our email list. With each form we also record the date and time, your IP address and your browser type, to prevent spam and abuse.
Bookings: when you check availability or book through the booking widget on a property page, your dates, guest count, name, email, phone, notes and payment details are entered into our booking and property-management provider, Hostfully, which processes the reservation and payment. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Guest WiFi page: during your stay, our WiFi page asks for your first name, email and house, your agreement to the WiFi terms, and, only if you tick the box, permission to send you deals. We keep a record of what you agreed to and when.
Texts, calls and emails: when you text or call 702-483-1877 or email us, we keep the messages and your number or address so we can reply and help with your stay.
Chat: if you use the "Chat with us" assistant on the site, the questions you type are processed by the chat provider to answer you.
Usage information: like most websites, we and our providers collect basic technical data such as pages viewed, approximate location from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site.

2. How we use it

To answer inquiries, quote prices, take and manage reservations, and communicate before, during and after your stay.
To give you WiFi access and help with your home.
To send deals and returning-guest offers, only if you opted in. You can opt out any time.
To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to prevent fraud, spam and misuse.
To meet legal, tax and permit obligations and to enforce our rental agreements and house rules.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, and only as needed for them to do that work:

Hostfully: booking, guest communication and payment processing for reservations.
Cloudflare: website hosting, security and storage of form submissions.
Google Analytics: website usage statistics.
Our texting and phone provider (for 702-483-1877) and our email provider and email marketing service, to send and receive messages.
HostBuddy: the "Chat with us" assistant on the site.
YouTube: video tours. Videos load from YouTube only when you press play.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety of guests, neighbors or our homes, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business. If you book through Airbnb or Vrbo, their own privacy policies apply to that booking. Some links on our site go to Viator, a tours and activities site; we may earn a commission if you book there, and Viator's own privacy policy applies to anything you do on its site.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site traffic. The booking widget may save a cookie that remembers the dates you searched. Our chat assistant and YouTube (when you play a video) may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works, though some features may not remember your choices. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.

5. Text messages (SMS)

When you text us or give us your mobile number for a reservation or inquiry, you agree to receive texts from 777Rentals about your inquiry and stay (for example, booking details, check-in information and replies to your questions). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time to stop texts, and HELP for help, or text or call 702-483-1877.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Numbers are shared only with the providers that deliver our messages.

6. Email

We send emails about your inquiry or reservation. Marketing emails go only to people who opted in, and each one has an unsubscribe link. You can also ask us to remove you at any time by emailing [email protected]. You will still get emails needed for an active booking.

7. How long we keep information

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting, permit and legal requirements; marketing contacts until you unsubscribe; and website statistics according to our analytics settings. We then delete or anonymize it.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and access limited to people who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

Our site and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Reservations must be made by an adult. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to:

Know the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, the sources, why we use it, and who we share it with.
Delete or correct your personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we have not done so in the past 12 months.
Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive information for purposes that require this right.
Not be discriminated against for using these rights.

Categories we collect: identifiers and contact details (name, email, phone, IP address); commercial information (inquiries and reservations); internet activity (site usage); approximate location; and your messages to us. We collect them from you, your device, and our booking provider. To make a request, email [email protected] or contact us below. We will verify your request by matching details you give us with our records, and you may use an authorized agent.

11. Your Nevada privacy rights (NRS 603A)

We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may still submit a sale opt-out request, and we will record it and honor it if our practices ever change. Email your request to [email protected] or use the contact details below.
